"The Fitting Room works with women to fit underwear and swimwear.
As you can appreciate, this needs to be done sensitively.
After the September earthquake, I went for a fitting.
The staff gave me the best service possible. This was in spite of their own losses, including that of their beautiful newly-renovated fitting rooms.
The team had set up new temporary premises in one of the owner’s garages, and operated there until their new fitting rooms opened a couple of months ago.
Deborah, indeed all staff, are lively, friendly, courteous, helpful and professional. Their communication is outstanding and their fitting rooms are tasteful and attractive.
Since the earthquake they managed to rebrand as well and I love their new and improved website.
It was a difficult time for me, and the staff surmounted their own difficulties to continue providing a top service. I keep going back there!
I think the team shows the best customer service imaginable.
